These ginger bars get their rich flavour from three different ginger sources: organic ginger powder, organic fresh minced ginger, and organic mini cubes of candied ginger. Like all our baked goods, they’re made with organic quinoa flour and sorghum flour that’s high in protein, iron and fibre. Serve them with confidence in almost any setting—they’re free from gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy, and they’re made in a dedicated facility that’s also free of the top 11 allergens.
